Cookie of the Month - Pineapple Tart 黄梨酥

纯手工制作的黄梨酥,是老妈子烘焙屋的招牌产品。
那纯黄梨馅的原香味,细致不甜腻。
香脆的酥香外皮搭配得恰到好处,清爽不腻而口感扎实,十分可口。

老妈子精心推出两种口味:
原味 RM30 (50粒)
香脆芝士 RM33 (50粒)

Mama bakes tremendously mouth-watering pineapple tarts. Her homemade pineapple tarts' pastries are fine, smell nice buttery and peculiarly, dry. They are small, bite-size pastries and are not at all greasy nor crunchy or cake-like. These qualities are the perfect match for the moist, sweet tarts fillings which is made from grated fresh pineapple that has been blended and slowly cooked down with sugar until it is caramelized, lovely golden colored and firm enough to be rolled into little balls.

When you bite into a pineapple tart, the pastry instantaneously begins to disintegrate into a rich butter crumble that perfectly balances the sweetness of the dense, almost chewy pineapple filling.

Considered a “festive cookie”, pineapple tarts are usually consumed during the Chinese New Year season. However, they are sold all year round due to their high demands and good taste.

  2. The first time I ate this pineapple tart was when I volunteered in helping out Hospis Bazaar where this pineapple tart is one of the charity items.

    This pineapple tart looks simple yet tempting and yummy where I could finish 10 pieces of it all at once.

    Looking forward to other products as well :D

  4. I love the crunchy cheesy pineapple tart. Once I have the first bite, then I can eat non-stop. I think if no one stop me, I can finish all I can haha...

    香脆芝士黄梨酥真的好好味,尤其是爱好吃芝士的人,绝对应该试一试,不会很腻哦!^^

    原味和香脆芝士我都尝试过。
    两者之间,我都喜欢。都很难取舍。

  9. 哇, 开始时我还以为"看得吃不得", 哪知道在那天义卖买了一盒回家本来要借机孝敬我本人的老妈子...在还没拿给我妈吃时,我就自以白老鼠来试吃先,竟然味道太独特!!!吃到剩下两粒黄梨酥孝敬我老妈子...:P 赞!!赞!!赞!!

    就用普通的紅蓋透明罐子。
    説是一桶有50粒,但是我們也會盡量裝滿它,多數都會超過50粒的。
